The complexity of interdependent constraints makes the choice of a starting point very difficult as it ‘all’ matters. Ask any Owner they will tell you they want it all: cheap, fast, perfect and of course the entire wish list! Which of course is possible once in a while but impossible on a regular basis!
What is required is guidance from the ‘Owner/Customer’ giving an ‘order of preference’ from which to make decisions, it literally is ‘Blind’ luck if the project succeeds without such a filter! As it all matters…
